Judges

• Event Judge PDF Form / Event Judge Online Form – FBLA provides state-level awards for top students in more than 50 business competitions as well as recognition awards for outstanding individual and chapter participation. The top 5 in each event receives awards.

Presenters

• Presenter Information PDF Form / Presenter Information Online Form – This form is used to secure a workshop time during our State Business Leadership Conference.
• Exhibitor Reservation Form – To be used by organizations and companies exhibiting at the conference

Advertisers

• Commercial Production Advertisement Form – Washington State FBLA contracts with PDC Productions for multimedia services at major conferences. Purchase multimedia ad time to be aired during our opening/closing sessions.
• Conference Program Advertisement Form – Purchase an ad to be included in the program.
• Award Sponsor Form – FBLA provides state-level awards for top students in more than 50 business competitions.
• Conference Program “Shout Outs!” - All members, friends, and family are invited to send a message to conference competitors, which will be included in the conference progrm. This form explains the process.

Business Tours

• Business Tour Form – Washington State FBLA provides multiple on-site business tours during our State Business Leadership Conference. This form provides information to include businesses in our program.

Conference Assistance

• Conference Assistance Form – FBLA provides opportunities for volunteers to assist in providing members a memorable state conference experience.
