Please share below with your students attending NLC – our shirt company is willing to customize the back of their shirts (which we will all wear on our state day to Universal Studios!).
Shirt Customization allows you to add a name, school, or clean statement to the back of your NLC shirt. The cost is $6 per shirt, and it must be ordered and paid for in advance (must be paid online with credit or debit card).
All you need is your name, your school, what you want your shirt to say, and your payment method. Our shirt company already has the full list of all travelers including what size shirt they ordered!

June 9 at 5 p.m. is the deadline.
The first two Champ Camps are coming up next week! If your students plan to participate, it is critical that they pre register so that we can have all the right materials to help them!
Here is the registration link:
For those attending Spokane or Ellensburg, please register no later than 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30. For those attending in Fife, please register no later than 2 p.m. on Friday, June 2.
Greetings Advisers and Happy Wednesday!
We have registered and paid for everyone attending NLC on the WA FBLA Travel Package. If you are among these people, we have three important tasks for you! You will need to visit www.fbla.org, login, use your charter number and password, and click in to review NLC Registrations.
SBLC Balances Due:
As of today, there are 41 schools who have not paid their SBLC invoices in full. On June 14, when amounts will have been 90 days after invoices were issued, any unpaid balances are subject to a 10% late fee. Please check with your bookkeeper to be sure that your SBLC invoice has actually been paid (not just a purchase order sent). If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
All NLC competitors are now loaded to the national FBLA system. If you have anyone going to NLC to compete, it is VERY important that you verify that all information is correct. This week is our only time to make changes – and that time ends on Thursday – after that, we can only drop. No changes at all are allowed at national conference.
Please visit www.fbla.org – and click login at the top right. Login as you would for membership, but after you login, click the link to view national competitors. This will show you EXACTLY what is in the national online system.
If you have spelling errors to correct, please reach directly to firstname.lastname@example.org to have that updated.
If you have competition corrections, please send them directly to me – email@example.com.

Thank you for all of your continued work for NLC!
Production Tests for those that have requested them will be sent to proctors at some point today. Before I depart the office! If they have not received them tomorrowmorning, please contact me. If you have not yet requested your tests, please take note that time is running very short.
Pre Judged Materials & Statements of Assurance:
There were two deadlines posted for submission of the pre judged materials and statement of assurance forms – both May 5 and May 7. We are going to honor the May 7 deadline since it gives students more time.
Thank you for your understanding about multiple NLC emails this week!
As we have shared, the NLC travel package this year is optional. However, we need to know if you are opting to coordinate all of your own travel so that we know you are accounted for.
If you are opting out of the NLC travel package, please let us know with this form:
Greetings Advisers and Happy Sunday!
This is the first of several NLC notes you will receive this week. This note is about NLC competitive events only – you will get another note tomorrow about travel and travel deadlines.
Attached to this email, you will find the first version of the NLC competitor roster. Please review this document very, very carefully.
The most important thing that I need your assistance and support on is to ensure that no students are listed to advance in more than one individual/team event and one chapter project. Our team has sorted and reviewed this, but even today in reviewing it a third time, we found another duplicate. If you have any students listed in more events than they are eligible, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest opportunity.
We will begin entering competitors in the national system later this week. Once we do that, I will send out another notification for you to go and review competitive event entries.
Thank you all for your efforts for an awesome SBLC! We are in full swing of preparation for NLC, and this week’s update concentrates on the important things immediately ahead of us.
Please take extra important note: NLC Deadlines are NOT suggestions. The flexibility for changes and updates that we have been able to accommodate for SBLC does not exist for NLC.
