Greetings Advisers and Happy Monday!
Additional Repeat Competitor Clarification:
In addition to the information about repeat competitors on teams that was shared last week, we also wanted to clarify that regardless of how teams are made up, no student may ever compete in an event again if they have competed twice at NLC.
Pin Design Competition:
We are now accepting submissions for the Washington FBLA Pin Design Contest! Here are the guidelines:

T Shirt Contest:

Updated Office Contact Information:
Please take a moment to be sure that your business office knows that Washington FBLA’s contact information has changed. We no longer receive mail in Olympia, Seattle, or Union – all mail should be sent to PO Box 912, Jacksonville, OR 97530.
Our office phone number remains the same and we can be reached at (206) 801-0009
Again, it is very important that you update your school/district business office with our correct address so that payments are not mailed to incorrect locations.
The SBLC Registration Guide is complete and ready for your review and planning and it is attached! The SBLC landing page on our website will be available next week and it will include a video tutorial on how the registration process will work for SBLC. Please thoroughly review the SBLC Guide, as some of the competitive event eligibility information has been broadened and there are some minor changes to the conference schedule that many of you are accustomed to seeing.
Registration Fees and Hotel Fees are outlined in the SBLC Guide. No fees have been increased this year.
The SBLC Housing Form is also attached. Please note: Housing does not open until 3:30 p.m. on March 9. The online submission for housing will not work until that time. Housing will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis – and assignments will only be made if your housing request matches your registration submissions. If your housing and registration do not match, you will lose your priority ranking for hotel assignment. You can start filling out the housing form now – you just won’t be able to submit it until 3:30 p.m. on March 9.
State Officer Corner:
Another wonderful week has gone by and the Washington FBLA state officers hope you all enjoyed your three-day weekends! A reminder that applications for the executive 4 positions of President, Secretary, Parliamentarian, and Public Relations Officer are due on February 22nd. If any students have questions regarding what each position entails please let them know that any of the officers are more than happy to answer their questions.
