Greetings Advisers and Happy Wednesday!
The Kosy and Professional Division Scholarships are now available! Please follow the link below for information, deadlines, and application materials:
Listen and Learn Tour:
Thank you to so many of you who have participated in our Listen and Learn Tour. There is one stop left on Friday in Richland at the Red Lion in the restaurant (not open for food) at 3:30. I hope many of you from the Southeast Region are able to join us!
Washington FBLA Adviser Survey:
As a follow up to the Listen and Learn Tour, we have a number of questions for all WA FBLA Advisers that we would like feedback on. Please take 5 minutes to complete the first of what will be regular WA FBLA Adviser Surveys so that we can continue to plan for a bright future together. The survey link is:
Open Events at SBLC:
As a reminder, we will have three open events at SBLC this year. They are Jingle, Pitch It, and Job Interview Experience. We will have guidelines and rubrics out for these three events in early February. There is nothing to register for during online registration – sign ups will take place at SBLC and more information will be available as we get closer.
State Officer Update:
Another great week for Washington FBLA!
The state officer team would like to congratulate the both the North Central and Southwest regions for such successful winter competitions! We can’t wait to see you at State!
Legislative Day is arriving quickly and two student officers will be in attendance on Wednesday February 1st. If there is anything anyone would like to have shared during our meetings please send the information to Alli Redd.
Just a reminder to the Puget Sound Region to nominate your members for member of the month for January. Also Southeast Region has the month of February so if advisors are ready to submit please go ahead and do so!
